This notice explains how Dataviss Analytics LLP handles information collected through this website, direct business enquiries and career applications.

1. Information we may collect
We may receive contact details, company information, enquiry content and information you choose to submit when requesting a discussion, workshop, demonstration or service. When you submit a career application, we may also receive education or employment information, preferred work location, availability, profile and portfolio links, a resume link and your application statement. With analytics consent, the website may keep a first-party visitor identifier, campaign and referral information, and recently viewed pages in your browser for up to 180 days. When you submit an enquiry, this visit context may be attached to the enquiry. We may also derive an approximate network organisation, city, region, country and network identifier from the connection used to submit the form. Network information is an estimate and may identify an internet provider rather than your employer. We do not retain the raw IP address in the enquiry.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, evaluate career applications, communicate about suitable current or reasonably related future opportunities, understand product interest and campaign effectiveness, operate and improve the website, maintain security, manage business relationships and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. Network-organisation information is used only as supporting lead context and is not treated as verified company identity.
3. Analytics and browser storage
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, including pages viewed, referral source, device and browser category, approximate region and selected interaction events. We also use first-party browser storage for the visitor-intent context described above. Choosing Necessary only prevents this visitor-intent history from being stored. We do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses, company names or chatbot questions to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation signals are disabled. You may accept, refuse or change this choice using the Cookie settings control.
4. Sharing and service providers
We use trusted technology and business-service providers for website hosting, form processing, contact management and consented website analytics, together with an IP-information provider for best-effort network-organisation and approximate location enrichment after an enquiry is submitted. These providers process information according to their applicable terms and privacy safeguards. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law, to protect legitimate rights or in connection with a business restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and security
First-party visitor-intent browser data expires after 180 days and is cleared when analytics consent is not granted. Enquiry, contact and candidate information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, relevant current or future recruitment activity, business-record requirements, dispute management and applicable legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
6. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You can change analytics storage through the Cookie settings control. Contact us using the address below. We may need to verify the request before acting.
7. Career applications
Career applications are kept in a dedicated recruitment submission flow and reviewed only for hiring, internships, academic projects and related talent opportunities. Please do not submit government identity numbers, bank details, passwords, salary proof or confidential information belonging to another organisation. Submission does not guarantee an interview or offer.
8. Product and customer data
Data processed within a customer deployment is governed by the applicable customer agreement, implementation scope and product documentation. This website notice does not replace those terms.
